I will from day one lead the Clerks office by example demonstrating ethical business practices at all times.


I will
implement a new training program for all clerk office staff and employees making sure they understand all current laws pertaining to their job function.


I will
build a cross training program process to better expedite our services to Knox County Citizens. 


I will
update and revise the Employee Handbook that is issued to my staff and employees.


I will
design and implement a more efficient process which our collected revenues are turn over to the state.
